Scenario: PO or OA that has been released by the approver but still showing "Not Released Yet" in the PO print preview

Step	Sub-step	Condition	Detail	PIC	Remarks
1			PO officer alerted MM support team that PO print preview shows PO Not Released. PO Status shows as in-release
2	a	PO or OA flexible workflow for PO has been approved by their respective approver/manager. To check and verify the approval status		MM Support Team
	b		To raise OSSM ticket to allow ICT access for data patching	Malcom	To streamline this process, to authorize ICT (Mary & Cybill) the debugging role for a period of one month
	c		To approve OSSM ticket to allow ICT access for data patching	Iskandar
	d		To approve OSSM ticket to allow ICT access for data patching	Victor
	e		Reply to ICT Support: OSSM request has been completed and is currently pending data patching	Malcom
	f		Perform data patching on the OA or PO. (Update Proc.State from 03 to 05 as well as update Subject to Rel Status from Yes (X) to No (blank))	Mary/Cybill
	g		Notify back to user to check and confirm on the release status	Mary/Cybill
